Blocked Gully Drain – Sutton Coldfield.We were contacted by a customer in Sutton Coldfield, who was worried about the gully drain that was draining very slowly.
Our engineers found debris such as mud, leaves and dirt in, on and around the drain. This was causing the water to stop flowing freely. However, taking away the dirt did not quite solve the problem. We had look go further into the drain and clear a path for the water to flow.
So by using a manual rod our engineers cleared out the obstruction further inside the drain too, after which the water started flowing freely again.
Problem solved and another happy customer.
